Once you have placed your order, we aim to get this posted out within 24 hours (Monday - Friday), and it should be with you shortly after, depending on your location and which postage you have selected.

If I order with UK Next Day delivery on a Friday, when will I receive it?
Any orders placed before 1pm on a Friday with UK Next Day delivery will be sent out with Royal Mail Special Delivery, this will ensure you will receive your parcel on Saturday, before 1pm!
I have selected a tracked delivery service, if I am not in, can you post it with a neighbour?
Unfortunately, our couriers are not allowed to leave tracked parcels anywhere other than the original delivery address, and they require a signature. If you don't think you will be in to receive the parcel, we would advise you to see if you can have it delivered to a friend, or your workplace instead.
I have bought a Gift Voucher online, where and what can I use this for?
All of our gift vouchers can be used in either our Manchester or Liverpool café's, you can turn up on the day, or you can call in advance to book a time slot. You can use your voucher towards time slots, food, merchandise or any of the events we offer too!
I have placed an order but I have a question, how do I contact you?
If you have a question about an order you have placed, please feel free to give us a call on 01257 413 293 (Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm), or email us at email@example.com. If you can tell us your order number or your delivery postcode, that will be helpful.
I have received an order, but it is not quite right, what do I do?
We strive to make sure all of your orders are purrfect, however if there is something wrong, please do contact us straight away, and we will be able to help you. You can either call us on 01257 413 293, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I love your products but I live close to one of your Café's, can I collect in store?
Absolutely! We aim to have most merchandise in our café's, however it is always advised to call the café first before you make your trip, to make sure we have it in stock before you get there. If we do not have it in our café though, our UK First Class Royal Mail is free on our website so it will not cost you extra to have it posted to your address, if you can manage to wait the extra couple of days!
