Terms and Conditions: The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It can be used in exchange for time in the cafe, snacks and merchandise, or for orders placed on this website. If you wish to book a specific time slot to visit the cafe with your voucher, this can simply be done by calling or emailing the cafe in advance. No cash refunds can be given on any remaining value.

Of course! Please send an email to store@catcafe.co.uk with the product you are interested in, the details if it is a personalised item, the quantity you would like and when you would need the products for, and we will be able to get a quote for you!
If something doesn't fit, can I return it?
